with a cochlear implant or other special medical
condition. every order includes a small
donation to the GOHF.
Engraving Information: All
back plates of the bracelets will be engraved
with: COCHLEAR IMPLANT – NO MRI.
If you would like to add a custom message, please
call the GOHF to place your order, or print and mail our
PDF order form. Limit 3 lines of custom text per
bracelet, each consisting of no more than 22 characters (including
spaces) for adult bracelets, and 15 characters
(including spaces) for children's bracelets.
